The Clayton heater was used in 1960's Jaguar saloons as well as cars from Daimler, Alvis, Lea Francis, Armstrong Siddeley, Rover and the Land-Rover S1.
It is also very similar to the Smiths unit fitted to Morris, TR3, Austin-Healey and Jaguar XK.
Requires 1 1/4" hose to connect the demist outlet to demist nozzles.
