Reproduction pillar-mounted spot lamp or searchlight. Chrome plate on brass lamp to original Raydyot HS495 or HSU.495 pattern, with adjustable mounting arm and bracket with handle. Lamp 112mm diameter x 93mm deep, handle 100mm x 25mm, mounting arm 115mm long with 41mm hole centres (bracket overall 57mm x 13mm). Fitted with high-quality ball joint allowing universal adjustment and positive lock by finger control. Diffused type glass with clear central section. Supplied complete with bulb and flex. Similar in style and function to some early Eversure and Marchal searchlight models.
Thanks to Michel Vock for the photo of his lamp installation. Michel used a section of an old motorcycle mudguard and an old military leather belt to make a perfect period-looking spare-wheel mount for his Bentley Le Mans special - ingenious!
